Accuracy of information on the Shop site
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although stem4 makes every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Please check the products immediately on receipt and in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will replace the item or give you a full refund, including the cost of returning the item to us for a period of 14 days from delivery of the item.
If you simply change your mind, we will refund the cost of the item for a period of 14 days from delivery of the item, but the cost of returning it to us will be your responsibility.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the amount back to your Paypal account within 14 days.
Postage and packing will be an additional charge added to the value of your order. The costs for delivery will be as displayed to you on the Shop site.
UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail second class post. A maximum of 7 Calm Card packs may be included in each order.
stem4 aims to dispatch the goods within 10 days of receiving your order. However, please note that this time period is purely indicative and not a contractual commitment.
Any delivery timelines given whether specified in the order or otherwise given by stem4 shall be taken as an estimate made by stem4 in good faith and shall not be binding upon stem4 as a term of contract of sale or otherwise. stem4 will not be liable for any loss or damages sustained by the purchaser in consequence of any failure of delivery within such time or in consequence of the delay however caused.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside of our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. stem4 will use reasonable endeavours to agree on a mutually convenient delivery date.
